PPC relates to paying for each click your site(s) receive via the advertised listings area shown in search engine listings on relevant keyphrase searches. The listings can usually be seen in the top and/or right hand side of the page results when internet users are searching for products or services.
As the term suggests you literally pay for each click received. Click budgets can be set daily weekly or month and your ads expire when your budget limit is reached.
